Re: XCOM: Enemy Within(My Brain)

Gather round! Part 2 is upon us! irBph3HmlUU As always, any feedback (technical, or how I should play) is appreciated. However, Ferrard, with regards to your post; I'd just like to clarify that this footage was recorded before I read it, I should be slightly more aggressive (for better or worse) nex...

Re: XCOM: Enemy Within(My Brain)

Pray silence for the first part of this Let's Play that took up far too much of my time: ebhF55nCz0Q Just a quick question too, these edited episodes (read, ones that I actually have to put effort into) do seem to take quite a while. How would you guys feel if I were to live stream the standard abdu...

XCOM: Enemy Within(My Brain)

Comrades! After being inspired by glorious comrade Gaius and ShackTac chap BeagleRush, I have decided to make an XCOM lets play of my own! In video form, no less! KyHoHBSIG1c My experience of XCOM?I got pretty far in enemy unknown on classic ironman, but I've never actually beaten the game (mostly d...

Re: fa3_a71_halfway2a3way_v1

For reference, I was the AAF officer for the first play of this mission. No one actually found me (as in, even set foot in the same building as I) until about 20 minutes in where I, under Wolfenswan's instructions, left my original building and started to run around. Admittedly, I didn't get to see ...

Did no one use the AA launcher? You can see that Gaius has it at the end of the video. Did you guys only realise you had the wrong one at the end?

Re: Jolly Cooperation

I liked the idea, especially the embedded advisers, but INDFOR drew the short straw to attack first, and got slaughtered while CSAT pretended to help. I have no idea what would fix this tactic. v3 of the mission includes multiple casualty caps that will fail the mission for everyone if either team ...

Jolly Cooperation

Comrades! As of typing, Jolly Cooperation has only just been uploaded to the main server so this post is a placeholder for when the mission is (hopefully) played. It's a bit of a first for me and (as far as I know) FA as this mission is a cooperative-adversarial; therefore, I'd greatly appreciate an...

I'm currently looking into having static defences in the airbase so that EI can more effectively engage units on the hill. How does that sound?
