Re: "Walb!" - Wargame AirLand Battle Beta

Any particular reason US troops get M35's, but even the BRD reservists get M113's?

I take it the F104G->F4F->F4f ICE is a price cascade?

Re: "Walb!" - Wargame AirLand Battle Beta

This game needs a better deck/armory interface. Or maybe it's just because I find myself playing with the decks more than with the game proper. For some reason, don't seem to be able to quite nail air as soviets. So here's a NATO timeline: http://s23.postimg.org/ubara6yy3/NATO_C.jpg http://s4.postim...

I'm just gonna make this one a response. Eagle's Nest - BSL I'd say that if we had been re-oriented to attack alongside Alpha or Charlie it may have gone smoother... BLUFOR C1 FTL here: Trust me, you don't want charlie's attack vector. Literally seconds after opening up we were struck by AGS fire. W...

Re: [Sun] 05 Jan 2014 (..looks like a space triangle..)

No Pardon BLUFOR Alpha medic. Ran around the island, dodging bullets and healing comrades. Then, crouched next to a wall at the edge of a suposedly cleared village, I hear a wounded grunt and turn to see a villager 2m from me and some 10 other soldiers. By the time I noticed his AK, he had pointed i...

Re: [Sun] 22 Dec 2013 (Like history)

RESCUE OPFOR CO Chose a bit of a roundabout route, but turned out the opposition behaved as expected. Except for the part where they took out the main base guards. Makes you think what's the point of taking the civvies to the base if it's so easily overrun. Still, the mission was a success, as Alex ...

Re: [Fri] 20 Dec 2013 [V+ i44] (Tally Ho and Chocks Away)

Also, if anyone fancies an impromptu run of Ace Combat I'd be up for that. If anyone wants the mission file just send me a message. I'm going to try and do a Red Vs Blue Spitfires variant for balance/spotting too. What's the balance of power in Spitfire vs P-51? They're nice and sparkly. Funny thin...

Re: [Fri] 20 Dec 2013 [V+ i44] (Tally Ho and Chocks Away)

Stupidly fun session, dragging long into the night. Eagerly awaiting the next one. Bastogne Attack HEER B2(?) Rifleman Folk and woods are a bad mix, whatever the decade... Ballybrian PARA CO Since we dropped on opposite sides, I figured we might as well strike from two angles. Able squad manouvered ...
