[Mission Feedback] Creeping Crumpets

Apparently you guys played my mission while I was busy with real life! As said in the AAR, it was kind of a weird idea to begin with and I never got a chance to get people together to test it on the server. The idea was that I wanted to make a Party themed random night adversarial, but in the woods ...

Re: [FRI] 20 Sep 2013 [V+] (Jolly Good Return)

That was some good fun. First go with ACRE too, so that was pretty cool. The positional audio is my favorite part. Spring Cleaning (ALPHA 1 FTL): The Russians were in Delores, and Draakon wanted them gone. The approach was simple enough, darkness provided ample cover for our advance to a good overwa...

Re: Operation Northern Lights

I've been struggling to keep internet on at my home (having a business is like having another set of utility bills) so I haven't been at the Sunday sessions, but once a date is agreed upon I'll happily close my shop down for the day and just join in from there. I'll keep an eye out for what time thi...

Re: [Sun] 10 Mar 2013 (We DID lose the mission)

Upon rewatching SuperU's footage of Crash Site 2: dude you died like SECONDS before I bumrushed your helo. After I managed to crash OPFOR's chopper I was reassigned to "charge South for glory", and I wound up finding the exact location your helo landed to pick up the document. Right before Ferrard t...

Re: [Sun] 10 Mar 2013 (We DID lose the mission)

I want to formally apologize for my helicopter landing. It was dark, and Mi-8's seem to fly like a fat American family stuffed in an old station wagon, and then catapulted through the air. I've unloaded my makarov and left it on the desk with my badge.

Re: [Sun] 24 Feb 2012 (SuperStrang)

Other than that, tips on FTLing are greatly appreciated! In my experience FTLing so far, the best advice I can offer is to actually fire your weapon as little as possible. You're going to be much more deadly using binocs to call targets for your team. Talking up the chain of command is also importa...

Re: [Sun] 24 Feb 2012 (SuperStrang)

I am bad at this whole "memory" thing, so here goes: CLERGYMAN: OPFOR Alpha 1 AR As part of Ferrard's unit we were tasked with repelling invaders from the southern end of town. We got all nice and cozy around a couple of houses, and as Mamuto said, played the waiting game. Soon enough we heard the d...

Re: [Mission feedback] Fuel Utopia

I should check this subforum more often! A lot can be said for my plan. We should have observed the town with the helicopter and figured out where we were going, since the quarters were so tight. Judging the route with your eyes on the ground is something of a challenge. Having the size adjust would...

Re: Operation Northern Lights

Just as a heads up since I haven't been around for the usual sessions, I definitely plan on taking part in this whenever it's scheduled.
