JSRS alpha seems nice, I'm currently toying around with Massi's African Conflict, though granQ's Swedish Forces Pack has an awesome missile boat as well as a new map. Smaller, the F/A-18 mod seems nice enough. Plus someone got permission to get the Nimitz functioning for Arma 3...

Nice head! You did a good job, in my opinion.

More recently, SpeedofSound sounds nice for a soundmod if you're waiting till JSRS comes to beta. Also antoineflemming's Mediterranean Operations is good.
