This is literally just Ghost in the Shell. Sniper team is good to have because it's fun but not OP.

v2: Played. No major issues buuuut:
- Find a way to force the tank's engine on
- Consider changing VHAT crew from HAT team to ordinary crew for repairs

- Added parameter to use ADR-97s instead of CAR-95s.
- Replaced customised gendarmerie uniform with stock digital camo to improve file size.
- Improvements to disableAI on ambient units.

- Weapons parameter now defaults to ADR-97s.
- Added satchel charges to van cargo.
- Added radio backpacks for CO and TLs.
- Sniper team vehicle is now an Offroad (Comms).
- Slight changes to enemy balancing.
- Nyx AT FireFIST ATGMs removed.
- Nyx AT Titan ATGMs added.
- Corrected Nyx model number in VHAT slotting descriptions.
- Fixed an issue that made it impossible to get back into vans after leaving them.
