And thus went by another of the famed FA happy-hour(s), perfectly average thanks to the 25 of you that joined us, 'till next time.

NATO was sleeping on the job, thus opening up the opportunity to win the fight-battle

Runlist: Remember to check out our lovely audio-visual information registry over at this here place!

Oh oh and also there's them there patches PATCHES patches. Orders can only be placed for a period of time that is incredibly indeterminate.

Whilst cross a field GeEom decided he'd had enough of walking. And breathing.

of the main session the few missions played were great ones. Assault and Battery could have used some more charges supplied but we made do and Reductio was a blast the whole way through.

Reductio ad Regina
A1 R
Great choice of terrain. Like the mix of assaulting through a town with open fields. Up there with Pancho TE and Winter Invasion II(?) for combined arms fun. A mission where you walk away (or rather die) with no ammo left is a good one by my books :P .

Its a shame our pilots seem to have gravely misjudged the range of IFV cannons judging by how quickly they were downed. Not sure what the intent of them being so far to our western flank was (considering they would be out of range to help the infantry).

A1 was swiftly reduced in numbers (to 3) soon after we made contact inside the town, think we (read stonie) did a good job of reorganizing us to continue pushing.

Its good to see GeEom continues to take leading from the front to the extremes (judging by the fact his vehicle was rammed up onto a set of occupied bunkers by the time we got there).

Reinforcement wave as bravo went well, comms were a little confusing since we acted as one big fireteam (although it was a full squad) for the initial phase.

The session unfortunately ended an hour later, after Cornered, RC Cars, Realistic Mission and Hotel Pefkas.

Ah yes, I remember seeing the burnt out Ifrit through my viewport and wondering what the hell had happened.

Reductio ad Regina
This mission is perfect for anything vaguely mechanized. IFV somehow survived the entire mission (a rare occurrence), only being damaged once. Well, that's ignoring the incident related to tracked vehicle 'physics'. In the end we definitely didn't decide to sacrifice some armour so we could have a vehicle with actual physics, rather than magic, propelling it. No Gorgons were involved in the mission.
