Re: Freetrack! How good/bad is it?
I've been tempted to get TrackIR for a long time but the main thing holding me back is that it's more than $100  Which is dosh that I do not have laying around. It'd be hella useful for me due to the fact that I'm an avid gamer (especially ARMA) and like to be a pilot and such. The one thing ...

What are YOU good at in ARMA?
So, we're all decent at a lot of things. But, some of us have skills in specific fields that we consider ourselves to be above the average in. What skills in ARMA do you pride yourself on? I consider myself to be a good medic (I know that doesn't take much but I've gotten quite good at healing lots ...

Re: Arma 3: The plan
I'd suggest waiting on A3 for a few reasons. 1) Money. The game could cost anywhere from $40 to $60 (30 to 45 Euro) and even though ARMA is my favorite game for many reasons, I'm not jumping to drop that much dosh on a new release. Especially considering how buggy ARMA 2 is even after this much time...

Re: The Morning War (Dynamic Adversarial Campaign)
This sounds awesome! I love the idea of persistent gear and such! And the plotline seems pretty nice too. This could become a veritable epic. 10/10, would play.

Re: clientside addons
I think that everyone needs to have SThud and STmovement because those two are darn near essential. They can be a lifesaver in some cases, in my experience. Digital Compass is good too and very handy. I do so love the modding community of ARMA. Little things like this that make a world of difference.

Re: [Tue] 01 Jan 2013 (Happy New Gear)
Foxhound - Alpha 1 Rifleman AT: Once we restarted and actually flew over to the AO, we did lots of tree hiding and fence ducking. IceRaiser fell to some friendly fire. IndFor got trapped in a compound which was then barraged with RPG's and grenades until it was in ruin and we swept it out, cleaning ...

I've watched this at least 5 times and it's still just as good. Truly well put together. And we made the RPS front page ^.^

Re: Introduce yourself
The name's m0ntag. I've been a gamer for as long as I can remember and have played more games than I could count. I joined the RPS crew back about...a year ago. Since then, I've been happily gaming with them. They got me into ARMA in short order and I've been playing with Folk and ARPS for the same ...
