Re: [Sun] 13 Sep (Where did that come from?)
Haha, well, thanks for the praise everyone. Not much to say other that I'm glad that it went well. It's also really hard to not metagame when you know exactly how a mission ticks. I'll admit I was a little scared when our initial plan involved sauntering out in the open where I knew infantry was sit...

Re: fa3_cz61_altistan_d1p2
The city-base was eerily abandoned by the time we approached it. Everyone inside was either dead or had deployed to meet us. You might toss an inside-the-buildings garrison here just to give the infantry something to do once they reach it. IFV1 gunner here. I think there was some sort of reserve fo...

Re: fa3_a53_generallynegotiable
First runthrough went very well, though I think the first Marid might have fired off early for some reason. Not that it really matters though, a reinforcement's a reinforcement. Changes I'm looking to make in a future version: 1) Move the starting positions just a little bit back. This is mostly to ...

A NATO general needs to meet with a civilian leader in Selakano. The only problem is that Selakano just happens to be full of CSAT. Take the town, defend the general as he conducts negotiations, and escape.

Re: AAR
Unfortunately, when I said "I want everyone but tubby to get out here ', I wasn't clear enough about the "wait for me to land" bit so darkChozo jumped out early and then I landed the MH9 on top of him. If it's any consolation, I knew we weren't on the ground. I was curious if I could survive that 5...

Re: fa3_c60_quds_radio_hour
That's right, they're the same IFVs hounding us throughout the entire mission. It did seem a bit convenient that an IFV just happened to show up from the direction of the one we left behind. For the QRF, I'd just make sure they check out the far side of the outpost at some point. Though for all I k...

Re: fa3_c60_quds_radio_hour
I feel like losing the transports early like we did made it a lot longer than it otherwise would've been. All the action-y bits felt very well paced, it was only waiting around and then trekking to the secondary LZ that was a bit slow. Maybe make the QRF a bit more active? I don't know what exactly ...

Re: [Sun] 30 Aug 2015 (Special Forces)
Castle Crashers A2 Assaultman Relatively uneventful as missions go. We supported A1 as they made the main assault on the castle, which for us mostly meant taking potshots at patrols and killing a very unfortunate man hiding near a shed. I fired my sole rocket into the back of an artillery piece; te...

Re: [Sun] 23 Aug (AAF is best AF)
I was the AT guy in Soviet's FT, I definitely didn't fire until well after the shooting started. I don't recall hearing any gunfire beforehand either, though I couldn't see the convoy from where I was.
