[xx][FA] CO Folk ARPS Assign Gear Script

Initial assessment: Only changes needed are gear variables, and the addition of the current alpha factions / removal of old factions. Code all still functions.
Documentation: Minor changes to script list.

A system for assigning weapon attachments and clothes needs to be implemented at some point.

I've implemented a pretty good solution for attachments.

I think fer neglected to document it, i remember me telling me of it tho.
regarding attachments tho
_rifle_attach = [] | remove all attachments
_rifle_attach = nul | dont do anything
_rifle_attach = [acc_flashlight] | remove all add flashlight
