By what sorcery do have both a small map PIP'd and open doors without using the action menu?

"Small map PIP" = GPS. (right)Ctrl+M to bring it up. Feel free to use
Head's GPS mod to make it a little easier on the eyes.
"Open doors" = click your middle mouse/scroll when you get the icon.
