Reductio ad Regina
A1 R
Great choice of terrain. Like the mix of assaulting through a town with open fields. Up there with Pancho TE and Winter Invasion II(?) for combined arms fun. A mission where you walk away (or rather die) with no ammo left is a good one by my books
.
Its a shame our pilots seem to have gravely misjudged the range of IFV cannons judging by how quickly they were downed. Not sure what the intent of them being so far to our western flank was (considering they would be out of range to help the infantry).
A1 was swiftly reduced in numbers (to 3) soon after we made contact inside the town, think we (read stonie) did a good job of reorganizing us to continue pushing.
Its good to see GeEom continues to take leading from the front to the extremes (judging by the fact his vehicle was rammed up onto a set of occupied bunkers by the time we got there).
Reinforcement wave as bravo went well, comms were a little confusing since we acted as one big fireteam (although it was a full squad) for the initial phase.
