[Sun] 03 Nov (Enemy at the rear!)

Post by Teifiterror »

Tonight a thoroughly excellent group of 16-ish folk gathered to take part in some realistic missions. The first mission saw us escorting our IDAP friends to safety so that they could tell tales of our exploits, sadly we failed to survive to bask in the admiration of others but we are sure the two surviving IDAP technicians will include us in their tall tales (we may or may not have all been killed by a tank from the rear). What followed was a stealthy mission through a dark forest in Livonia, this may or may not have ended in the enemy attacking from the rear again (eyes in the back of your head are useful), but this time we did succeed, although Greyfox and Grumpy did their best to support the enemy in hindering our advance! Our final realistic simulator had us holding a ruined town (no idea why we wanted it) against an onslaught of enemy forces, mostly in panthers it seemed. Everything went well until the enemy got within range and them we had to rely on reinforcements to end the onslaught, those who made it through from the beginning will remember the horror for some time!

We played (and i claim no responsibility for) :
  • Rubbernecking (Coop)
  • Operation Yale (Coop)
  • Cold Front (Coop)
  • The Crucible(Afterparty)
You may have noticed that some people have FA flags all over them. You may have thought "wow, what a cool guy! I want to be like them when I grow up!" Well, there's no need to grow up just yet. Instead, click on this link here and you too can have an FA flag of your own.

If you want a real FA flag all over your real body, click here to learn how to get a real FA t-shirt of your very own. Contributes to server operation as well as your Party status!

One last thing! If you would like to contribute to the server fund that allows FA to keep running sessions, you can PayPal your last grubby potato to server-fund@folkarps.com, or click here to use the Party's new and improved organ donation service.
