12 abouts people came by to put one more session on the board for 2023. Little did they know that they were to be used as Guinea pigs for the Party's latest medical experiments.

We started with a slow stroll through the Altis countryside. Our FIA opposition was not particularly helpful for our testing, as most people were either grazed by bullets or killed outright with a close range burst to the face (or blown to bits by a mortar barrage). It's the in between we needed!

Next on our list, we took a small group on an ambitious recon mission deep inside enemy territory guarded by IFVs and entrenched urban defenders. Our initial insertion was relatively smooth, only one death from a surprise encounter on the drive in. But once we had to handle the house to house clearing part of our operation, we were quickly attrited.

Not satisfied with the first medical experiment from mission one, we tried it again. Our small number of Spetsnaz raiders breached three different compounds, and got to see a lot of the wounding system in action as these CSAT defenders were much happier to actually wound someone enough to make them pass out. And, miraculously, two people were able to survive the ground operation and extract with every objective complete.

We're very excited to roll out this medical system to every mission soon™. Happy New Year to everyone, thanks for playing with us and we look forward to gaming with you in 2024!
